Which dogs are most susceptible ?
short haired dogs.
small dogs.
wet dogs.
dogs sensitive to cold weather.
dogs that are outside for long periods of time who do not have access to warm and dry dog kennel.
So when you take your dog out in the winter, always consider a winter dog coat.
